Refund policy
PAYMENT
Due to majority of our products being custom made to order, we do not offer any refunds. Once orders are placed they will be completed in order of payment. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering by contacting dirtrootslife@gmail.com
DAMAGES/CLAIMS
Any items that have been damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and shipping package. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Customer satisfaction is our NUMBER 1 priority so we will do our best to make everything right. If a custom item is incorrectly made, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, if there are errors due to incorrect information being given at the time of order then these items are non-refundable & cannot be returned or exchanged.
